When is registration closing?
Registration is on a first come, first served basis. We are only opening 400 slots until a week before July 9, 2019.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is accepted 8 working days before the conference. Cancellation beyond this period is subjected to forfeiture of payment or billing of full amount.
I suddenly have an emergency meeting. Is substitution accepted?
Yes, substitution is accepted at any point before the conference. However, with the volume of people we are expecting, we are kindly asking you to notify us at least 3 working days before the summit. Last minute changes may incur delay in the registration on the day of the summit.
What time does registration open?
Registration on July 9, 2019 will open as early as 7AM.
Where is the venue?
The venue is at Carlos P. Romulo Theater, 4th floor, RCBC Plaza, Makati City. For directions, click here.
Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, at RCBC Plaza’s Basement 7. P60 for the first 2 hours, P25 for succeeding hour or part thereof. Please get validated visitor’s pass from the RCBC Theater information desk to avail of the rates above.
What should I wear?
Participants usually wear business casual. Please bring a jacket in case the theater gets cold.
