REGISTRATION

When is registration closing?

Registration is on first payment, first reserved policy. We are only opening 300 seats until June 25, 2020.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation is accepted 8 working days before the conference. Cancellation beyond this period is subjected to forfeiture of payment or billing of full amount.

I suddenly have an emergency meeting. Is substitution accepted?

Yes, substitution is accepted at any point before the conference. However, with the volume of people we are expecting, we are kindly asking you to notify us at least 3 working days before the summit. Last minute changes may incur delay in the registration on the day of the summit.

What time does registration open?

Registration opens as early as 7AM on July 2, 2020

Where is the venue?

Venue is at SMX Convention Center, 3F, SM Aura, Taguig City

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, parking is at the Basement 1, South Parking, SM Aura (near Kidzville, along C5). Parking rate: P50 for the first 4 hours, then P10 for every succeeding hour.

What should I wear?

Participants usually wear business casual. Please bring a jacket in case the theater gets cold.
